Barry E. Gaw, LEED AP and Managing Member of Sippican Partners, LLC Has developed, constructed, owned and operated real estate since 1983. Mr. Gaw has been involved with the development management of over 100 projects. Mr. Gaw manages client relations and the key management personnel on every project, with emphasis toward the financing, development, approvals, design, construction and turnover aspects of the project.
Matt Dickson, LEED AP, CGP and Project Manager for Sippican Partners, LLC has spent a majority of his life in and around the building industry developing an excellent understanding of the process and the people that go along with it. Mr. Dickson manages client relations along with project development, approvals, design and construction.
Morgan Stepp grew up in central New Hampshire and developed a love for the outdoors, through biking, hiking, boating, and skiing. His love of the water lead him to join Sippican Partners in 2005 to assist with the re-development of Riveredge Marina and Squam River Landing on Squam Lake, where he has been involved with every aspect of the operations, from client management, to financial planning, administrative details, computer software and hardware maintenance, and daily operations. Mr. Stepp has the ability to see the big picture while recognizing the importance of addressing the details in every project, from fixing a boat to developing a community.
Samuel Barnum grew up in Holderness, New Hampshire and has been shaped by his surroundings. A lover of photography, snowboarding, Squam Lake, lacrosse, and guerrilla marketing, Sam has added a fresh perspective since joining Sippican Partners in 2011. Sam’s developed understanding of digital marketing trends and youthful sense of creativity have brought new life into Sippican’s marketing mix.
