Back Bay & South End Historic Conversions
Boston and Chelsea, Massachusetts
These projects encompassed twelve separate historic buildings located in the Back Bay and South End neighborhoods of Boston and Chelsea. The majority of these properties were retained as rental apartment buildings, a few were conversions to condominiums. Some of the projects were subject to review and approval by the Boston Redevelopment Authority, Back Bay and South End Historical Commissions, and replicated historic elements with great detail. All of these projects involved complete gutting of the interiors, mechanical systems, rooks, windows. We acted as general contractors on several of these projects.
