The Belvedere represents the conceptual development for a continuing care retirement
community (CCRC) to be developed within Westchester County in New York State.
This CCRC is conceptually planned to accommodate between 250-300 senior residents.
The New York City Labor Council, a sponsor of this development represents Union
members desiring to house their members, finance and construct these facilities.
In December of 2004, the development and design team competed for an auctioned
property called St. Agnes Hospital located in White Plains, New York. Currently,
the development team is pursuing developable sites and performing due diligence
feasibility analysis. The project team includes the New York City Labor Council,
EGA Architects, Matrix Development LLC, Colleran and O’Hara.
