The project required demolition of an existing commercial strip center, several residential houses, and environmental site remediation. The project is located on Woodbury Avenue and required extensive traffic studies which necessitated a road widening and new traffic signals. The site was also adjacent to a large wetlands resource area which required the installation of an underground detention system to control surface water run off and groundwater flows. The construction of the building was undertaken by Konover Construction. The project team included Audley Site Contractors and GZA Environmental.
