Cape Rosier

Cape Rosier is a planned residential vacation community offering large parcels
with building envelopes for home sites situated along the Coast of Maine. Many
of the parcels have deep water ocean frontage allowing for large boats to be docked.
The 180 acres was subdivided and a gravel road, with a fire pond and rural utilities
installed. The home sites were cleared and demarcated to assist buyers design
with respect to the natural land features. Most of the homes constructed were
for seasonal and second home buyers.
