Franklin Pierce Law Center
Concord, New Hampshire
The project included a gut renovation to existing and operating classrooms and the addition of a new structure housing a library and additional classroom space. The site was constricted by existing buildings and the construction required the development team to work closely with school administrators, faculty and students due to the need to maintain continuous law center academic programs. The project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. The project team included Elkus Manfredi Architects, Harvey Construction Corporation and the Franklin Pierce Law Center Building Committee.
