Haskell House Assisted Living

Haskell House is a 75 unit, 90 resident affordable and market rate senior housing
project providing independent, assisted and special care services for seniors.
Haskell House formerly was home to the New England Baptist Hospital School of
Nursing. Sippican Partners was designated as the developer following a competitive
request for proposals. Sippican Partners conveyed ownership of the project to
Haskell House, LLC following completion of the design and approvals. Financing
was secured through the sale of tax exempt and taxable revenue bonds allocated
by Mass development with mortgage insurance credit enhancement through the HUD
232 Board and Care program. The project team included Choate, Hall and Stewart,
Rockport Mortgage, Peabody Construction, EGA Architects, Commonweal Collaborative,
CB Richard Ellis and Dermarderosian.
