Lakeside at Winnipesauke

Lakeside at Winnipesauke is a planned residential, year round and four season
community on the shores of Roberts Cove overlooking the Town of Wolfeboro and
the Broads of Lake Winnipesauke. The land development has 26 waterfront parcels
and 26 inland parcels with common areas, a mooring field, soccer fields and tennis
courts. The siting and design of the homes was managed with building envelopes
and design review guidelines for the homes. We constructed a Victorian Shingle
Style model home. The lake style period detailing of landscaping and site amenities
provides followed Victorian Era lake life.
