The project has received all permits and approvals. The architectural design is rural in nature with period farm detailing. The project is predominantly composed of one bedroom residences with supporting common areas including a library, family room, dining room, administrative support offices, wellness clinic and activity rooms. The development team is pursuing financing with several entities and plans to commence construction in the summer of 2005. The project includes EGA Architects, Continuing Care Management and Cutler Construction Associates.
