Core Contract Professionals

Sippican Partners, LLC., Excels at managing the real estate development process from the initial planning stage, through the development process, and onto the completion of construction. We search for development opportunities that require dedicated, seasoned and skilled management. We actively seek real estate projects which are challenging and difficult in their very nature. We believe that integrity, tenancity and experience are the personal qualities most important for the successful management of any project.

Sippican Partners, LLC., Assembles a development and construction team on each real estate project we manage in addition to our key staff members. Depending on the needs of the project and client, we draw from a group of financial, design, development and construction organizations with proven track records and solid reputations. We believe that when the project team is developed and built right, then so will be the project.

"I wanted to make sure you knew that Barry Gaw was invaluable to us. He is very good at what he does. He combines a very handy skill of being personable, getting along with all of the contractors, architects and all of us at the school, while being very tough with the contractors when it came to any negotiations"

Jeannie Mackay,
Vice President,
Franklin Pierce Law School

"We have done the design work on four projects with Sippican Partners and if I hear Barry Gaw say we'll get there in two weeks again, I'm going back to Iowa. Without question, Sippican has been impressive riding heard on the process and pushing us all forward on very complicated building restorations"
