New Era Senior Living (NESL) was formed in the spring of 2004 to provide independent, assisted and special care services to seniors. NESL has 60+ employees and over $2,650,000 in annual revenues. NESL’s approach to senior housing is to provide simple, customized, caring, housing and services to seniors with varied economic situations and ever changing physical, emotional, medical and financial conditions. NESL’s management staff is actively involved with all day to day operations. The members of NESL are Alan Altman, Richard Lefferts and Barry Gaw.
