Beverly Rocks is located in the Beverly Farms neighborhood of Beverly, Massachusetts, along Common Lane.
The project was originally conceived as a large, single family home development with multiple roads and vast infrastructure.
As the land planning and financial considerations were developed, the team changed course of the project to a limited, high end, low density development with common driveways emanating from an existing town road, thereby significantly reducing construction costs and allowing for larger parcels of land to remain undeveloped.
The project team included Beals & Thomas Engineering, RJ Cincotta Site Contractors, Glovsky and Glovsky, counsel.
