The overall consulting project involved failed Real Estate residential, commercial and industrial development projects in Northern New England. Our team assembled all available information from lenders, regulatory and participant files, then conducted field due diligence, site visits and market research. We then assessed the viability of numerous development scenarios, including financial, design, and marketability studies. Our final report to ReColl Management included highest and best use analysis to assist them in the ultimate disposition and conveyance of these projects.
